At Loop & Stitch Studio, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any purchases.

Custom and Handmade Items

Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been placed and completed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at your contact email with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
